    Couscous:

    • 90 g couscous

    • 2 dl hot water

    • Saffron

    • ¼ tsp salt

    • Pepper

    Chicken:

    • 1 chicken thigh steak, approx. 200 g each

    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • ½ tsp paprika

    • ½ tsp cumin

    • Salt & pepper to taste

    Tabouleh:

    • 300 g cucumber

    • 40 g parsley

    • 2 sprigs mint

    • 1 small red onion

    • 1 chilli pepper

    • 1/4 lemon, juice

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • salt

    Tahini:

    • 20 g tahini (sesame seed butter)

    • 40 ml water

    • 1 squeeze of lemon juice

    • salt

    • 20 g pomegranate seeds
